Are the cakes available in more than one size? How many portions per size?

We offer 3 sizes, large, small and individual.  The large serves 10-12, small serves 4-5 and the individual is a hearty single portion. The Zana Cakes Sampler includes 4 individual cakes.

What is the shelf life for the cakes?

Always keep cake tightly wrapped to maintain its optimum flavor.  The cake maintains their freshness up to 5-7 days in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer. To portion the cake for a later time, slice the cake into pieces. Wrap each piece individually with plastic wrap, place in a plastic zip bag and freeze until needed.  When ready to serve, remove slices from freezer and bring to room temperature.

How does shipping and delivery work?

Cakes are shipped within 48 hours of being ordered.  Cakes are not shipped after Wednesday.  If you order a cake on Thursday, the cake will be shipped the following Monday. Cakes are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday via FedEx Ground.  Local deliveries are available Friday and Saturday.  Local deliveries are for Philadelphia County.

Can I send a message with the cakes if it’s a gift?

Yes, each cake has a gift card for your personal message. During checkout you will have the option to select gift as an option and type your personal message.

How are the cakes packaged?

Each cake is shrink wrapped in FDA food grade plastic.  The cake is wrapped with our custom printed ribbon with a gift card. The cake is packed in a corrugated box and packing filling to protect the cake from damage, sealed and mailed.

Do you have a Cake of the Month Club?

Yes. We offer 3 and 6 month Cake of the Month subscriptions for both large and small cakes.  You can choose the cake flavors for your Cake of the Month. The cakes can be delivered to you or someone as a gift from you.

Where is my personal information stored?

Your contact information is stored in our data base for future promotions and special offerings.  All credit card transactions are managed by PayPal.  We do not store your credit card information.
